Lots of inclusions combined with a flexible payment schedule make Windstar's group program the easiest and most successful, with the option of private shore excursions, cocktail receptions, as well as meeting facilities and transfers pre and post-cruise Windstar is the ideal choice. Groups are encouraged to participate in the Windstar Cruises environment whenever possible and therefore name badges; personalised group clothing and pre-assigned group dining are not encouraged.

Group Requirements

Minimum Size: You require 5 cabins (10 guests) travelling together in either twin or single occupancy. 3rd person guests travelling in a triple cabin do not count in the minimum group number requirements. If less than 5 cabins (10 passengers) travelling a surcharge per person can be applied to the special group fare.

Maximum Size: Maximum group size is dependent on the yacht requested due to individual yacht capacity. Large allotments of 10 or more cabins are on request, based upon availability and may be subject to different rates and conditions at the time of request. Alternatively an incentive group quote or charter quote can be provided.

Group Pricing: Promotional group rate offered is valid for an undetermined amount of time and may change at any time. Offer is capacity controlled and may be withdrawn or modified at the discretion of Windstar. There are no special group rates for the bridge deck suite category. Pricing is not secure until names are provided and deposits paid.

Wind Surf

Windstar's flagship, Wind Surf sails with just 342 pampered guests in 171 total staterooms: One Officer's Suite, two Bridge Deck Suites, 18 Deluxe Ocean-View Suites and 150 Deluxe Ocean-View Staterooms.
